How I Built It: Diana Precht, Vergent Products and Rocky Mountain Blooms

Diana is a manufacturing executive and a serial entrepreneur at the same time. She and her husband Terry founded the Loveland CO electronics contract manufacturing company Vergent Products in 1995. Together, they built the business solidly into the middle market until they exited in 2019.  Vergent’s 60 plus employees produce printed circuit boards and electronic products for industrial measurement and controls, aerospace, and medical devices. Today, Vergent is an end-to-end product realization company with product design, manufacturing and logistics/delivery all under one roof.  Her exit from Vergent has allowed Diana to pursue her dream of starting a specialty cut flower production business, Rocky Mountain Blooms. She is an avid golfer and a passionate gardener with a knack for growing dahlias. Diana has two grown children and seven grandchildren. She is a 25-year member of Foothills Service League, an officer of the McKee Wellness Foundation and a steering committee member for the Pulliam Building Restoration project.
