Psychological Safety is the key with Jamie Moyer

Diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB+) is trending, but how do we actually create environments that allow for difference? Research points to psychological safety. During the great resignation people were leaving jobs at staggering rates due to disrespect, lack of DEIB+, and toxic leadership/cultures. Creating psychologically safe culture isn’t easy, but the payoff is actual diversity and with that diversity comes innovation. In this session I will introduce the 4 stages of psychological safety with some resources for attendees to continue learning and engaging this topic in their workplaces.
